Thank you for my loaves, they seem more like a decadent dessert than bread! They certainly make a mockery of all other sour dough loaves I thought I’d be buying over time !!

I hope you had a tremendous opening day, it was certainly really busy . Thank you for bringing such a wholesome enterprise to our door step!

I’d have loved to have stayed and tasted. Alas having just had a big bout of flu, this was my first venture out in over a week.
I’m super keen to sample all your goodies, especially your bagels and muffins - and coffee, hopefully next time you pop up !!

Hi Alec please can you ask which bread we bought off you on Saturday. We had it toasted this morning and it was absolutely amazing. Have to say that I can honestly say it was the best toast I've ever had. So I'll have to order one every time you sell them.

Hi Wendy glad you enjoyed it. It was a long fermented boule using Canadian flour with Einkorn flour. They do toast well, reminds me of crumpets.
