Reserve your loaf and local honey online for collection or purchase fresh on the day. Taste the difference! All our bread is baked fresh on the Bay. Collection at Nicholas Croft opposite harbour, Bull Bay. Our locally roasted coffee can be enjoyed with a complimentary sourdough oat & sultana cookie or German style soft sourdough pretzel. Samples of new product lines are available on the day.
A big thank you to everyone who was able to attend our sourdough extravaganza on Friday 28th March 12:00 till 14:00. Nicholas Croft Bull Bay Anglesey LL68 9SW (opposite harbour). Great feed back on our new lines of Bagels, English Muffins, Soft Pretzel bites & Oat & sultana cookies with lemon zest. The loaves flew out of the baskets. Hi Alec please can you ask which bread we bought off you on Saturday. We had it toasted this morning and it was absolutely amazing. Have to say that I can honestly say it was the best toast I've ever had. So I'll have to order one every time you sell them.

Hi Wendy glad you enjoyed it. It was a long fermented boule using Canadian flour with Einkorn flour. They do toast well, reminds me of crumpets.
