About Our Bread
The heart of every loaf lies in the flour — and we only use the best. Our signature dough is made with a carefully balanced blend of Shipton Mill’s finest flours, chosen for their quality, heritage, and natural flavour.
Our Mill & Orchard series
• Organic White Flour – The soft, pure foundation that gives our loaves their delicate texture.
• Light Malthouse Flour – Subtle malted sweetness and a golden, wholesome crust.
• 3 Malts Flour – Deeply aromatic and rich, adding body and complexity to the crumb.
• Fig & Spelt & Pumpkin seed Flour – A rustic touch of sweetness with chewy figs, nutty spelt, and crunchy pumpkin seeds.
