Handcrafted with care and tradition, The Mill & Orchard Series celebrates the meeting of field and fruit — where the finest organic flours and heritage grains meet the natural sweetness of the harvest. Each loaf is made with a bespoke blend of organic white flour and one of our signature organic varieties: Light Malthouse, a softly malted flour with a toasty depth; Three Malts, a rich, full-bodied blend with layers of flavour; and Fig, Pumpkin & Spelt, a wholesome, naturally sweet flour inspired by the orchard and field. Slow-fermented and baked in the artisan tradition, these breads bring together the craft of the mill and the bounty of the orchard in every loaf.
