Discover the delightful taste of our artisan long fermentation boule, freshly baked using traditional methods. The long fermentation time combined with the high protein, minerals & dietary fiber content of Organic Light Malthouse flour creates our nutty crust and signature toothsome crumb. Malthouse flour incorporates whole grains of wheat, barley and rye which are steeped in water before being carefully spread on the malting floor. With time the malts naturally mature, and when ready the grains are oven-roasted to create their individual flavour and lovely golden colour. Blended with sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seed produces a unique flavour and goodness both in the crispy crust and open crumb.
