This artisan boule is made with malted wheat flakes and organic malthouse flour, slowly fermented over 10 hours to develop depth, balance, and gentle malt sweetness. The long fermentation creates a light, open crumb and a richly caramelized crust.

Tasting notes: Gentle malt sweetness with warm, toasted grain aromas.

Pairing suggestion: Excellent with cultured butter, aged cheddar, alpine-style cheeses, or honey. Pairs beautifully with soups, stews, roasted vegetables, and makes a refined base for open sandwiches.

Flavour intensity: 🌾  Medium – balanced and nuanced, with depth from long fermentation rather than overt sourness or sweetness.
