Our Signature Sourdough Artisan Batard is handcrafted with organic flour and a vibrant sourdough culture nurtured on the coast of Anglesey. Shaped by hand and slowly fermented for 24 hours, this loaf embodies the character of true artisan baking—deep flavour, natural simplicity, and a crust that sings as it cools.

The batard’s rustic shape creates a beautiful balance of crisp, caramelised crust and an open, airy crumb. Its flavour is more pronounced than our bloomer, offering a fuller sourdough tang and a warm, wheaty sweetness that reflects its long, patient rise.
