The "Hive-to-Hearth" Loaf This isn't your average sandwich loaf. Our Anglesey Golden Bloomer is a 15-hour slow-fermented masterpiece, crafted right here in Bull Bay. We’ve replaced refined sugars and industrial fats with the very best of the island: raw honey from our own coastal hives, creamy whole milk from the local Llefrith Nant Dairy & Welsh butter with Anglesey sea salt.

  • 15-Hour Fermentation: We let time do the work, breaking down gluten and phytic acid for a bloat-free, easy-to-digest slice.

  • The Gut-Health Hack: This loaf is designed for the freezer. Freezing and toasting our Bloomer creates Resistant Starch, which lowers the blood sugar spike and feeds the "good" bacteria in your gut (producing life-giving Butyrate).
