Hearth Artisan Boule with organic Khorasan Flour

Baked with organic Khorasan flour — an ancient grain known for its rich, buttery flavour and golden hue — this hearth boule offers a light, aromatic loaf with a touch of natural sweetness. Khorasan (often known by the brand name Kamut®) is packed with protein, fibre, and essential minerals like selenium and zinc, and is often easier to digest than modern wheat.

Using a traditional long fermentation method, the dough develops depth of flavour and improved digestibility. The result is a crusty, golden loaf with a moist, springy crumb and a naturally sweet, nutty finish.

Perfect alongside cheese boards, roasted vegetables, or enjoyed simply with olive oil or salted butter
